The Trail Ring has also come through looking through sculptures and drawings from Pablo Picasso and Alexander Calder. Their work and the book I was looking at has had a big influence in the textures I used and the new processes I used to make it. I name it the Trail ring and I thought the piece almost mimicked a path.. but a trail had more of a whimsical and less pre determined feel to it.

I made The Trail ring as a piece that can easily be stacked, or worn as a wedding ring, or simply worn alone. I love this piece so much. It’s full of texture and comfortable to wear.I really love the idea of it as a chunky wedding ring.
